No. Alternative Transporation Systems does not offer emergency, ambulance or basic life support transportation. We specialize in non-emergency medical transportation i.e. bringing passengers to their routine medical appointments.

We do not. Passengers needing transportation by stretcher must contact an ambulance service.

Our team is trained to accommodate one step or curb. Wheelchair passengers who must traverse multiple steps are required to have an appointed medical professional or trusted personal escort to assist them in doing so.

While we do not provide wheelchairs or administer oxygen, our vehicles are equipped to transport wheelchairs of any size and allow the accompaniment of O2 tanks during your trip.
